Danko Vučinović is a European cinematographer celebrated for his atmospheric, cinematic visuals and striking realism. A multiple recipient of the Croatian Society of Cinematographers’ “Nikola Tanhofer” Award (The Paper, The Silence, Soft Creatures, The Mystery of Green Hill) and the “Breza” Award at the Pula Film Festival, his work has been featured at top European festivals, including Cannes Directors’ Fortnight (Zvir) and Rotterdam (A Brief Excursion, Wind Beneath the Wings), and he was selected for the Berlin Talent Campus. He was director of photography on Novine (The Paper), the first Croatian-language series acquired by Netflix and seen by audiences in over 190 countries worldwide.
