Christine Armstrong, ACE, is a film and television editor acclaimed for her precise comedic timing and emotionally resonant, character-driven storytelling. Originally from Canada, Armstrong’s first love was acting—an early passion that shaped her deep sensitivity to performance and story. A graduate of Sheridan College, she transitioned into editing through post-production, where she developed a distinctive voice that blends rhythm, performance, and authenticity. She was invited to join American Cinema Editors (ACE) in 2022, has served as a judge for the NAACP Image Awards, and was recognized as one of USC Annenberg’s Top Inclusive Editors in 2025. Her recent credits include the upcoming series Nemesis (Netflix), Hell of a Summer (Hulu), and How to Die Alone (Onyx), along with Upload (Prime Video), Rutherford Falls (Peacock), Woke (Hulu), Unprisoned (Hulu), and #BlackAF (Netflix). Her work on Unprisoned earned a Black Reel Award nomination, while her editing on the feature Sugar Daddy garnered a Canadian Screen Award nomination, highlighting her range across both television and film. She is currently editing the upcoming series A Different World, continuing to shape bold, contemporary stories with clarity and emotional precision.
